It is just a little taller and wider than the #106 with all its popular features: Inside security zip compartment, open side pockets that will hold a small 8 oz water bottle,  plus three outside zipper pockets. 

Top zip central compartment with 1 large interior zipper pocket and 2 open interior pockets. Handy key fob inside too. 3 outside zipper pockets , one full width and two 50/50 on opposite side. Two open pockets on sides for easy access.
